The Raccoon Cheer Squad is a homeless community of intelligent Smokies that run the black market. They aim to take over the island of Malangdo in order to turn it into their official base of operations. As such, they don cat masks to blend in with the current inhabitants. During the Christmas season, members of the squad will seek out gifts to steal.
