Lieutenant Marc Daran was the chief fueling officer of the USS Ragronok for the duration of the Dominion War, from 2372 until 2376. Daran was later offered a promotion to lieutenant commander, which he turned down in order to maintain his position as a tankerman. (Trekker's Alternity Galactopedia)
