The Dagger is a tavern with entrances on Harbour Street and Riverside Walk in the Harbour District of Port Blacksand. However, only the Harbour Street entrance is used by the public into the small front bar. It is quiet but of fair quality. The tavern is actually the front of a smuggling operation run by the Merchants' Guild in order to avoid the import taxes. The huge landlord, Doric Sandwasp employs two Troll bottle washers, who between them enforce the rules of the house.
