Aris Mahir was the captain of a Turkish ship named the "Bakir Kamir" that PinPin Pula aka "Abog Galib" and NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs were both in before Gibbs was later caught up in an explosion that left him gravely injured and in a coma. Under the threat of death from Ziva David, Mahir cracked and told her that Abog Galib was PinPin Pula. His final fate is unknown but it's presumed after being taken into custody that Mahir was jailed for a long time or extradited to Israel so that Ziva's Mossad colleagues could deal with him.
