The hill itself appeared in the ninth season, but was not named until the tenth season episode, A Smooth Ride. It has appeared in the ninth and tenth seasons. Culdee Caves and Morgan's Mine are located beneath the hill. The engines often have trouble getting up the hill at times, like when Sir Handel had problems climbing when he was taking Mr. and Mrs. Percival to here for a picnic and when Rheneas had to take a dinosaur skeleton to the Transfer Yards.
