Isoko (磯子, Isoko) was a missing-nin from Ukigakure. Due to circumstances, Isoko was the half-brother to the Seventh Iriekage Karae. With the death of his mother, Isoko's jealousy of what he thought was Karae's flawless life overflowed within him. These feelings would impact his path after the Chūnin Exams, leading him to attack his village in an event known as The Great Sinking (沈倫大, Chinrindai), which submerged the village partially. The attack caused great damage, and led to his execution.
