Malcolm Porter was a Sergeant in the Marine Corps who was married to Sun Porter, a woman originally from North Korea and who was also a spy. Unfortunately, the marriage was not a happy one. While being interrogated by NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs, Porter said that it was Sun who had been beaten him up and had been abusive towards him, changing the NCIS Major Case Response Team's opinion that it had been Malcolm who had been abusive towards Sun.
