The Naval Discharge Review Board (NDRB) is a board established by Congress the United States Department of the Navy before which members of the United States Navy and the United States Marine Corps can challenge the propriety of the terms of their discharge from the military. It is located at the Washington Navy Yard. The Form DD-293, periodically the OMB approval expires on this form and months will pass before a new one is approved, it seems the NDRB still accepts these exspired applications.
