The first set of the timeline includes when you first set foot in the new city, and there is a <[Race] Mentor>. These NPCs are out to teach you what it really means to be your race, and perhaps some history and lore, as well. There is minimal, if any, mob killing, and most of it is a "gopher" task (go for this, go for that). To initiate the second part of the series, you must go to the Mage Guild in your city and purchase a "History of the " book from the Sage. this will start the above mentioned second part of the timeline. fr:Série histoire des races
