The Buzzard is one of several escaped superhuman convicts in Champions Online which make up the "Desert Bouny Hunter" achievement- an optional side-mission in which heroes can track down these dangerous convicts, who had escaped Stronghold prison following the riot cause by Menton, who now effectively runs the prison. The Buzzard is a humanoid bird, possibly a mutant or manimal- other than this, he is not a particularly unique or dangerous enemy and can be taken down rather easily by prepared heroes.
