The Grundo Warehouse is located in the Virtupets Space Station area of Neopia. Once entered the warehouse acts as location to activate a virtual prize card aquired when you by an official Neopets product (real world.) The warehouse screen features an image of a Grundo standing at a console and a space where you can enter a code to collect your virtual item. You can also get the Space Faerie as a challenger.
