Rotface's Acidic Blood can be found on the corpse of Rotface in the Plagueworks of Icecrown Citadel in 25-player mode, and is a quest objective for File:Neutral 15.png [83R] The Sacred and the Corrupt. The blood is not group loot! Only one drops per kill in 25-player mode.
