Victor "Vic" Coste is a friend of Sam Fisher and the founder and leader of Paladin Nine Security, a Private Military Company (PMC). He played a major role in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction as the game's narrator as well as being a major role in helping Sam during the game by providing vital information regarding White Box Laboratories and Black Arrow PMC. He returns in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist as a support character.
