Seppun Yukiko was a Seppun Miharu of the Imperial Families. In 1199 she attended Imperial Winter Court at Toshi Ranbo, where Yukiko met the young Bounty Hunter Tsuruchi Kinuyo. She fell in love with Bayushi Norimasa, and they were betrothed. Yukiko honored Yasuki Aitoko, who had died during the fires of the Imperial Library.
