Apparently, random events didn't occur in the version uploaded on 8/7, so please re-download the game. This should be the final stable version of 1.16. 1.17 is probably going to take a while, but I'll try to pop back about once every month. Edit: bonus feature: the map editor can now be used via elona.exe medit.
