Jeffrey Chang is a minor character. His first and only appearance is on page 143 in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Ugly Truth. He was the last kid in the Lock-In who had food remaining and locked himself in the bathroom to enjoy his cheese puffs. However, the teachers soon knew what he was doing, so he started dumping all his cheese puffs into the toilet seat and flushed them.
