The coastal village of Jula in the Sodden Lands is on a mountain top, which keeps it above the flood line but ensures it is still battered by the wind. It is populated by those who, for whatever reason, refuse to leave the Sodden Lands for more temperate climes. Their leader is Father Heveril.
