Ravencall Spire is a small tower in the region of Darkshore, currently inhabited by the Highborne Wizard Velathal. The tower itself was abandoned when Velathal discovered it a year ago. It seems to possess the ancient Highborne architecture, suggesting that the tower is pretty old.
