Kafkaloudes was a Mannerheim citizen and an officer of the Mannerheim System-Defense Force. Holding the rank of Admiral, he served as Fleet Admiral Chiara Otis' chief of staff. He was known as a vengeful man, using his position to get back at anyone who ever crossed him. (CS2)
