The EMW Hardcore Championship was the title contested under the 24/7 Rule throughout the EMW Network. It can be won by either a EMW, SCW or MWF superstar and can be won by certain superstars from different promotions like NEW for example. The first champion was determined in a gauntlet match. Dr. Insano became the first champion by last eliminating Angry Joe on the EMW/NIWA Challenge: Champions Showcase Pre-Show on March 18, 2012. The final champion was Tarble, who defeated Joey Ryan in a Unification Match for the Hardcore & EMW X-Division Championships on March 26, 2017 at Reprisal 2K17.
