The first Halo Bulletin was written by Frank O'Connor and posted on June 7, 2011 in the aftermath of the announcements of 343 Industries' new projects, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary and Halo 4 at E3 2011. Subsequent bulletins were written by Waypoint's Community Manager Jessica "bs angel" Shea until she was succeeded by Andy "Bravo" Dudynsky. It is currently being hosted by Jay Frechette.
