The Declaration of a Better World was the declaration signed by all political leaders of the planet Eloque that ensured that the planet would become one and that the borders of their planet would disappear, creating one planet together. They would protect one another. It was the founding document of the Eloquian Alliance, which lasted the rest of Eloque's history.
