Warren Clarke (born 26 April 1947, died 12 November 2014) is an English actor. His comedic talents can be seen in one off special Blackadder: The Cavalier Years, and in the episode "Amy and Amiability" of the series Blackadder the Third, where he played Mr. Hardwood. In the The Cavalier Years, Clarke plays Oliver Cromwell who threatens to kill the king if he does not pay him a large sum of money.
