The Kael Arran were a people that existed on Ispar. The name Kael Arran means "Desert Dancers." They existed in the somewhat undefined time that was described as the "earliest days of Milantean glory," and a few hundred years prior to the founding of Gharu'n, which occurred in 924 RC. The Kael Arran people were completely wiped out by the young Milantean Empire.
