Things looked bleak for the remaining Z fighters. Goku had yet to reach the battlefield. Vegeta was powerless against the wrath of Frieza in his final form, and Gohan and Krillin were powerless to do anything about it. "Good night, sweet prince," Frieza mocked as he was about to give the finishing blow to the damaged Vegeta. Vegeta did nothing to stop him, he was finally out of power. There was no way for him to win now. However, just before Frieza's hand knocked off Vegeta's head from his body, Goku arrived, beyond fully recovered from his previous battle with Captain Ginyu.
