This weapon is used only by Reimi. The requirements to make this weapon is that you have found Recipe Memo 02 in an "Ice Box", in Triom village, on Lemuris, have minimum level 4 Smithing. Torch Bow 1x, Earth Gem 2x, and Iron 2x are also required to create this weapon using Item Creation. It is a relatively useful weapon early in the game as it more than two times stronger than the Eldarian bow, just without the HIT bonus and an added +5 DEF bonus.
