A Firesaber was a weapon similar to a lightsaber. Instead of an energy beam, however, a small collumn of fire was emitted from the hilt. It had the ability to block and deflect blaster bolts, like all lightsabers, and could be used in a duel against standard sabers. Nalrik J'tarr acquired one of these weapons in 9567 ABY in his ultimate quest for redemption.
