Grand Nagus Oblatis was a male Ferengi and the ruler of the Ferengi Alliance. He was quoted as saying, "Get dry young lobling." (ST - New Worlds, New Civilizations short story: "A Dry Day on Ferenginar") This reference was possibly intended to be to Grand Nagus Oblat, previously established in Legends of the Ferengi.
