Adelia is a parliamentary constituency of Restoration Hutori. Being a constituency, it has no political existence outside of serving to demarcate the area which certain seats are assigned to. Adelia elects eighty-one out of three hundred and ninety-one seats. The name "Adelia" is from the river Adel.
