Matthew Lake was the head of port security at the dockyard where NCIS Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo and NCIS/Mossad Liaison Officer Ziva David went to look for containers containing illegal weapons. Lake also happened to be in league with Wilson N'Diaye and intended to kill Tony and Ziva before Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Timothy McGee came to the rescue, saving their two colleagues while also arresting Lake N'Diaye and the remaining terrorists.
