Ne'al G'ullho was a male Damiani who worked in the Palais de la Concorde travel office in 2380. Ne'al was directly responsible for Federation President Nanietta Bacco's trip from Paris to San Francisco in January of that year, and for Bacco's travel itinerary for a goodwill tour of Lembatta Prime, Ventax II, Kessik IV, and Cestus III in April that year. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation) It is unclear what connection there is, if any, between Ne'al G'ullho and the former governor of Damiano, Es'sca G'ullho.
