My English Wiki supports and enforces the creation of user accounts by all anonymous users. All Anons will be given a 10-edit limit to edit via their IP Address. However, after said 10 edits, they shall be warned and told to create a free user account. If they edit without one, then they will be blocked for a year with talk page editing and e-mail capabilities. This will be lifted upon account creation.
