The gameplay is very close to the original game including similar Ghost A.I. If "Insert Coin" is clicked after the game has started, the Ms. Pac-Man theme plays and two players may then play cooperatively as Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man. The two play exactly the same except for sound effects made when munching dots. Like the original game, it has 256 levels. Completing the 256th level gives the player a Game Over screen similar to the Map 256 Glitch.
