Wallace is the titular main protagonist of the Wallace and Gromit franchise. He is an inveterate inventor and Gromit's owner and best friend. He is voiced by Peter Sallis (1989-2010) and Ben Whitehead (2010-present). He enjoys a nice cup of tea or a drop of Bordeaux red for those special occasions. He reads the Morning Post, the Afternoon Post and the Evening Post and occasionally Ay-Up!, which is a parody of Hello! magazine. It is mentioned that Wallace was born on 7th August 1959, so Wallace is approximately 55 years old. This was mentioned by Nick Park in 2009.
