Seltinnville is the capital city of Seltinn, a small nation between the Fisher Kingdom, and Sailor Kingdom and the Lionlands. The Seltinners declared war against the Sefenlands before any other Ayish nation, but were never part of the war against them, although they do like to boast this fact, because in the end Lobott crushed the Sefenlands.
