Gerrard Thompson appeared in Coronation Street in June 2015 as Wes, a seller of fake designer t-shirts. He trained at the Manchester School of Acting, the Oldham Theatre Workshop and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and has also appeared in Shameless, Scott & Bailey and In the Flesh. Stage roles include parts in The Visit, Under Milk Wood, Airwaves, Hanky Park, Hide, Where We Talk, Minority Report, Speed Dating and Business Doing Pleasure.
