Stand-Off Between Abby Sciuto and Charles Sterling is an incident that occurred in November 2005 and which saw NCIS Forensic Scientist Abigail Sciuto engaged in a stand-off against her lab assistant Charles Sterling who was responsible for orchestrating the First Framing of NCIS Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo. Despite Sterling's efforts, Abby managed to get the better of him and hog-tied Sterling, resulting in Sterling being left incapacitated and enabling him to be arrested by Abby's NCIS colleagues.
