The Sith-Imperial High Council was a group of leaders of the Sith Orders and Imperial leaders that maintained much of the goings and comings of the Dark Galactic Empire. Although there were equal number of Sith and Imperials on the Council, the Sith tended to be dominant in the decisions made although the Imperials would advice much of what the Sith did not know.
