In terms of length and weight, this stubby projectile weapon is actually a touch smaller than many blaster rifles. It is fitted with a shoulder-stock, pistol grip, and folding front fore-grip to make this weapon easier to handle - a wise precaution given the Zone Control Four's tendency to recoil rather heavily. The weapon uses a magnetic field rather than a chemical propellant to launch its shells, so nearly any properly sized, contact fused grenade with a ferrous casing can be loaded and fired successfully, though with mixed results as far as range and accuracy go. To assist in aiming, a small computerised sighting system is fitted atop the weapon, which displays the approximate location where the grenade will drop.
