The dragon sword can only be wielded after completing the Adventurers' Quest. It has a special attack, Deathstab, that always hits and has a .01c% chance of killing the victim, where c equals the wielder's combat level. It uses up 100% of the special attack bar. Many people use it in PvP situations and against higher level monsters in hopes of getting lucky with its special and getting an instant kill.
