Great Father Arctikus is a level 11 rare ice troll located in Frostmane Hold cave in Dun Morogh. He is the current leader of the Frostmane trolls in Dun Morogh. He is on a 1.5-2.5 hour respawn timer. He has the abilities of a Paladin. This is presumably just a game mechanic.
