Lilya Petrova (471 May 14 - 483 R.T.) was a powerful psionicist. While attending Avalon Meadows School for Psionically Gifted Youth, she was subjected to cruel experiments by James Ballister and Henry Milgram under the auspices of the Pyrrphoros Project. The trauma she endured eventually drove her to take her own life shortly after leaving the school. Lilya's mistreatment and death provoked her sister Anastasia to join the Fratrum Procella.
