Margaret Spencer was known as the "Widow Spencer". She met and fell in love with Curtis Hollingsworth. After they were engaged in 1986, Blanche met Margaret and had a problem with her younger age. Blanche eventually came to accept the union after becoming convinced Margaret loved her father. She is not seen or mentioned when Curtis passes away in 1989. The part of Margaret is played by actress Sondra Currie.
