They are also used with a clean wergali herb and a vial of water to make Fletching potions at level 58 Herblore, providing 132 experience. 30 and 118 wimpy feathers are a possible reward from small and large Herblore crates respectively, which were originally available from the Squeal of Fortune and Treasure Hunter.
