Farmers could post to their wall asking their neighbors to send them the item and their neighbor could get one in return. Also, the farmer could help their neighbor by sending them one. The farmer could help as many of their neighbors as they wanted but could only receive 10 of the items. It provides a rare source of bright blue color for Hay Bale Pixel Art.
