The Valley of the Blind Monk is a vale located in Western Yamato east of Oreinashi. The middle of the valley is covered in a forest which surrounds the palace of Daisuke Hyuga at the junction of three rivers, the Kawa Nemui, Kawa Ikari, and Nakushita Tani no Kawa. Since Daisuke's disappearance, the valley has been covered in dark magic and has become populated by giant spiders and wolves among other things. Expeditions sent to the valley haven't returned.
