The XK-16 series, also known simply as a Rhino drop ship, is an old time favorite of The Grand Army of the Republic. Used primarily for ship to ground deployments from orbit, they are a quick taxi for any operation. Used since very early of the formation of the Grand Army, while the drop ship is not commonly manufactured today being replaced by the new LAAT series. It is till used when able.
