Stanley Amis is a longtime resident of Owen Island. Amis was trapped there with a small group of people when a hurricane hit the island and was one of the people suspected by Agent Alan Fahey and Reese to be the serial killer they were pursuing. With Finch's help, the two interrogated him. He was proved to be innocent and later shared a drink with Finch.
