The Carriage Park Boys is a notorious gang of Scuns that operates a profitable drug and smuggling business in a slum known as Carriage Park in Scundor. The leaders of the gang are Ricky Wells and Julian Tremblay (who Officer James Lahey refers to as Sexian).
