The April 2009 Election took place on April 27, 2009. The election signaled the end of the current term of parliament, which was led by a coalition of the Democratic Libertarian Socialist Party and the Federalist Party. It was the first election to be conducted under proportional representation, and resulted in the Boo Party forming a minority government.
